REGISTRATION FOR SMILE STAR TEST - 2023

Register with us either ONLINE or OFFLINE.
FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION – Go to website www.smileschool.in . Here you can download the prospectus free of cost. Follow the instructions. Pay the Registration fee of Rs. 300/- online or offline.

OFFLINE REGISTRATION – contact our school.

ADMISSION

So, a child seeking admission in class I or higher classes, may be granted ADMISSION after going through scrutiny process according to the above table. The parents are informed the time/ date for such scrutiny. However, the children should come prepared for scrutiny if he/she is brought to get admitted in the school.
On getting admission permission from the competent authority, the parents must produce the following required documents -

Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested).
Latest coloured photographs of child - 3 passport size & 2stamp size.
Combined Photographs of the child with the parents/guardians – 3 passport size
Transfer certificate ( from Class VI onwards only)
Medical fitness certificate from a government registered doctor.
Photocopy of Passport (If any)
Attested Photocopy of INCOME Certificate FOR E.W.S. Category Only.
Photocopy of the Report Card/Mark Sheet of the last class attended. (optional)
Address Proof :-Voter card /Aadhar Card / Driving license/ Electricity Bill/ Gas ( recent consumer receipt) bill- photocopy attested by competent authority.
In case the admission/ registration form is filled by guardians in place of parents, it should be clearly indicated, and a separate declaration must be filled by the guardians.
Fee concession letter issued by the competent authority.
Scholarship certificate for waiving off one of the fees, if any.

STEP 1 – FEE DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

Fee details sheets are available along with the prospectus.
Parents / Guardians are required to deposit the fee accordingly. The fee at the time of admission, may be received in cash or through digital mode at the school office counter only. Fees for successive months or other fees may be deposited in the Bank AC through any digital mode whose receipt must be sent to the school office through Email or by person.

After examining the student, the school shall decide that in which class will a student be admitted.

STEP- 2

After successfully furnishing all the above steps, a unique ADMISSION NUMBER (AN) will be received by the registered mobile number. This AN number is especially important in all further inquiries which is used as the reference of the student admitted in the school

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
Scholarship benefits are provided to those who appears in the SMILE STAR TEST - 2023. The last date for registration is 15 December. On the basis of test following three categories of students shall be given scholarships -
